How do I measure for irregular rooms?

Divide the room into simple rectangles, calculate each area separately and add them. For an L-shaped room, measure the two rectangular sections and add their areas - that's what the L-shape option above does for you.

How many square feet in a square metre?

1 square metre = 10.764 square feet. Conversely, 1 square foot = 0.0929 square metres.
